DishDrain Mixed Media

This is a piece with a dishdrainer, cardboard, newspaper (stock quotes page), watercolor, and paint. I did it earlier in the year when the economy was being hit hard. Get it, dish drain, recession, stock quotes? I guess if you have to explain the joke, it aint funny.

Mixed Media with Wax

This ain't the kinda wax you put in your ears to stop sound from getting in, this is they type of wax that gets sound in your ears. I found my pictures of this round of stuff, I did them in Summer of 08 in Sevilla.

I did a handful of BnW pictures out of newspapers, cut the background, left the foreground and plopped funny colors behind them. The shark and pyramid are my favorites.

I don't know if this should be considered productivity, but . . .
